Sarah the Fortune Telling Fairy

Hey guys! It's been a while or so it feels. This is my completely original OC Sarah. She is from the same story that my two other OCs, Elise and Ramona, are from. I kind of based her personality off Rouge the Bat's personality. She's classy, flirting, conceited, loves money, can get on people's nerves easily without letting it phase her, etc. One of the reasons she's so conceited is because she's the best fortune teller in all of Frell (the land or country where the fairies live). It's hard not to be conceited when you're always right. She's always in a good mood and can makes jokes regardless of the situation much to people's dismay. Later on in my story you do see that she has a heart and does care about more than money but for the most part she seems like the type of girl who much rather be making money than doing anything else. She plays a big part in the story. Also, she lives in the summer part of Frell. There are four parts of Frell (the seasons) and that's where she lives. She is also a sand fairy (has sand powers). Hope you like this drawing! I was trying to make her look classy. My gosh, I don't think I've ever used so much of the same colors before. I hope the look okay. Enjoy!

Edit: Hey. I forgot to mention. Can I get a little critique guys? You don't need to tell me about the outlining. My hand is so shaky but I'm trying to get better at that. What I am curious about is shading and proportion. Like, are her legs to short for her body? It's really hard to tell with that pose.
